The World's Billionaires 2011 Mexican billionaire, the tycoon, CARLOS SLIM, world's richest man, seeking to boost his investments in Colombia because of the country's open policy on oil exploration, its mineral assets and growing middle class. He has an investment on Soumaya Museum in Mexico City which more than 800 million dollars and will house over 60,000 works of art form all over the world. He owns Mexican telecom instead. 
Meanwhile Larry Page, Co-Founder, Google, chief executive officer of Google Inc., California, U.S., and Oracle Corp., is in #24 The World's Billionaires rank. He squares off in court to resolve a dispute that may pose the biggest threat to Google's Android mobile software, now running on more than 150 million devices.

He own Grand Indonesia, a luxury shopping mall, office building and hotel complex in the center of Jakarta.Their Djarum, banned in the US since 2009 along with other clove cigarettes, has launched Dos Hermanos, a premium cigar blending Brazilian and Indonesian tobaccos.
